Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging unless otherwise approved. Some products, bulk orders, special orders, or project-specific items may not be eligible for return.

Shipping costs may be non-refundable. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an approved product issue or shipping error.
